I have Internet Leased line of 2mbps taken from Reliance for Mahul-Chembur Warehouse Location - subs id 500 00 000 49550, when Internet link was down for one month during Diwali period year i gave complaint two times (ticket no. 164831709 & 164831709) but no response came so i informed reliance account manager Mr. Shahnawaz Khan (09324319183) who gave this line to me, he told that do not give online complain directly you should inform us, he has taken this matter and it took one months time to start the link, i wrote continuously to shahnawaz khan and sunil, minaz & shraddha that i need Credit note, now reliance people do not accept to give Credit note saying you should raise complain and you did talk to shahnawaz directly so you want get Cr.note, but have complain number too
please reply what action i can take with this people and how
