Internet complaint of Broadband Connection
Internet connection is not working from 15 days

Respected Sir,

I have been using the MTNL Internet (broadband) for eight month and found that the Internet speed is very slow & Internet is not working from 15 days, I took the unlimited broadband combo plan of 512Kbps but unfortunately Internet is not working from 15 days and i called 1504 several times but no response. and when I try to open any site the window screen showed Internet cant displayed I have called in many time about this problem but there is no response from MTNL. my number is 25051359

I think MTNL is not taking its customers seriously.
