For inactive landline

Espected sir,

i m sushil thourani from raipur (C.G.) and i have an airtel internet broadband connection for which the landline number is 0771-4262324. Even after complete payment of my bills my landline is not active though the internet facilities are available.

i request you to avail me both incomming and outgoing facilities from my landline as soon as possible.
