I have activated 6 month Internet Connection From Weblink Broadband Dombivali E, WEBLINK is not Providing me with Internet THe Internet was only Available for 1 day in a week for the 1 month and after that the i am not able to use the internet it always show an Error 678 or any other error while i dial my Weblink internet connection and now Since 2 months i am not able to access the internet i have paid the 6 month Charges in Advance. and now i am a student i want to use net for Educational Purposes and due to weblink i have to go to Cyber Cafe's for Internet Use. I have called to the Weblink Internet Provider for more than 153 times but the operator always told me that I am sending the Engineer but no one came till now i visited the Office also and they always told me that we are sending the Engineer or There is a technical issue we will solve it in 2 hrs... and so requesting you to please take Strict action towards this Cheating.
