This is in regards with the tariff change request which I had made on 15 Nov 09 on customer care i.e. 1504 regarding my plan change from home plan 250 to home plan unlimited. As confirmed with customer care 2 times they informed me that request applies from 1 dec 09 and when I asked for a request no so he said we don’t had a request no and it will changed as per your request.
Now I was using my services as with the understanding that it is changed from 1stt dec but on 3rd date I had pop up that my 1 gb usage is over and press “I AGREE” to continue. Since I was using my internet as per my internet plan….
When I had visited BSNL OFFICE for my plan change details I got to know that I had to gave a written request and then it will be changed…..
The Person named Mr. N.N. Thakker (Railwaypura, Ahmedabad) said he is not been concerned to the matter and can’t above to do anything related to this matter.
