Dear Sir,

I take web hosting packges from the manashosting.com the indian compay who is provide web hostin services and i paid Rs 19000/- for the one year charges.

I take the packgaes on Octomber and provide the best service, Nov on ward the people not provie the service.

I give the reminder and the mail and raise the ticke for the same, but till know the people not provide full lenth of services.

So i want refund my money from Dec how can i get it.

Please give advise.
