I am using videocon mobile service, My mobile No. is 9067983898. I am trying to use videocon internet service for two months but I cannot connect internet via pc but I cannot connect, it shows PPP link error. I manytimes called to customer care but I have not been given proper response and help from it to solve my problem. Whenver I call to customer care it shows busy route or they transfer my call to GPRS Officer but after transfering my call there is no response from it.
I have saved both Videocon Internet and Vidoecon Live setting to my mobile.
So please help me so that I can use Videocon Internet Service...
