Unable to book TATKAL tickets

Hi,

This is really annoying to know from one of the article that says "IRCTC tatkal booking is only meant for agents" I was trying to book tatkal tickets from 8 a.m till 9 a.m and had no sucess as if some one has blocked this website for first one hour.

Having privelage of booking online is defenately a boon, saying that IRCTC has to take this step to avoid discrimination between people only to earn money.

If not done always consider this is just another scam in india like others happening daily!!!
