Amount debited twice

Dear sir,

It is a matter of concern that while I was booking a ticket on irctc.com, I was charged twice for my transaction. i.e. – I booked only one ticket and I was charged twice for it with the amount 438. The details regarding the transaction are given below, hope with ur help I’ll get my refund.
