Hi,

I am writting this mail after calling IRCTC's so called 24 hrs customer care where I didn't get any response for repeated calls - though I had to pay for all my attempts... Secondly, I have also sent mails to their IDs at - etickets@irctc.co.in & also to care@irctc.co.in

Today I have cancelled my ticket from Pune to Dadar via pragati Express. PNR - 8404501841, which has been confirmed by the site however its not yet refunded back into my bank account. Its not even showing in my cancellation history.

In Another transaction (today on 30th Oct 10, around 20.32 pm onwards) when I was trying to make payment for a ticket for Pune to Dadar journey scheduled for 4th Nov, my amount has been debited from my bank account but there was an error thereafter (Page can not be displayed) & its not even showing in my booking history as well. Please conrim the same as I have been charged by the bak but haven't got the ticket yet... I haven't got the PNR also... Bank has charged me for all types of charges via HDFC bank... They charge us for every online transction at Rs. 10/0 over & above ticket charges & bank also charges us same... Why is this lithargy in services then?? Who is responible for Customer Service... is there anything called Customer care with Railways dept???
