I am using IRCTC website to book my railway ticket. Many times the site is very slow. And on May 9th the site was completely down for many hours (From morning till evening)

Even when the site is slow or down it does not show any message or provide any reason for downtime. This site is not customer orinted.

Please forward this to concern department to show some courtesy message to the customers when the site is slow or down.

:) I went to a shop on a weekday which has one customer and two sales person. The service was so good. He was taking care of my interested in detailed manner. I was happy satisfied and returned my thanks to him for there service.

:) I went again to the same shop on a weekend. I saw the same two sales person and 100's of customers standing in disorder and shouting to them to deliver the service faster and promptly. The sales person was still showing courtesy but seems to me tired. BUT when i got the service after few hours in the queue i forgot to thank him.

Who should be blamed here?
