Message received on 20th Dec from message centre no919220755008 to my mobile no 9880816594 stating that 'congrats you have won the sum of 700000 GBP in the irish intel mobile draw 2009 for claims Roonyn james email: [email protected]".as responded through mail they have sent message on 29th Dec saying that "the diplomat Mr. Mike John will depart from London Today 29th december and will arrive tommorrow December.check your email, You are requested to make payment of 400GBP=36000INR only for your local Tax clearence as soon as the Diplomat arrive your country."
now i wold like to know what is this? any fraud
