Internet Broadband connection is not working

I am Sumit Bansal working in American Epay Pvt Ltd. I am using Relience broadband connection. But it is not connection to internet whis en i reach to different start like Haryana and Rajesthan.

When i tried in NCR then it working. I am struggling to connect with it from ast 3 days.
