I am not a shopaholic but yeah I do shop online and Jabong is the worst online service I have ever dealt with after very good experiences with Flipkart, ebay, Myntra and Letsbuy.
I placed two COD orders 120420534071104 (Placed on 20/04 10:47) and 120424940856759 (Placed on 24/04 11:50) and was never received. It’s going to be a month and a half and I have been calling the customer care again and again (Request ID: 168676) and every time the representatives reply me that the product has been dispatched already and will receive it within the next five/seven working days. I tried my maximum to be nice with them and tried not to be a trouble customer (Keeping in mind the fact that Jabong is new in the business) and have had waited patiently. I was expecting this product to reach me last Friday as per the rep whom I had talked with last time but it never reached me. So I just called a representative at their customer service and she replied that the product is not yet dispatched which shocked me as it is totally contradictory to what their representatives told/Promised me previously. Now they say that they will re-dispatch it and I would doubt if they will ever do!!!
The first purchase I did from Jabong was an Adidas Shoes (120415827201466) and I had to opt out for their return process as I have found that the shoes was not the right size for me and after calling them 10-15 times I finally got a refund. But that was never easy for me - hassle hassle and hassle!!
In total I had a very poor shopping experience with Jabong and would never recommend this for shopping.
