We signed http://tokokoo.com/ - 1st (THEME SERVICE PROVIDER) at a deal US$39 promotion since they are promising to technical support reply 48hrs NOT 24HRS. - However, we have to wait reply more than 3days. and they recommended us to buy domain and hosting package from their partners http://www.wpwebhost.com/ - 2nd (domain hosting service provider) and we follow their instruction BUT nightmare is coming!!
http://www.wpwebhost.com/ DO NOT ADMIT US .. so our website not able to complete now before October - November.

They are quite complicated and do not provide any services by pushing to 3rd party fault or responsibility. AND WWW.ABOVE.COM (Domain Registrar) NOT CONFIRM TO US - by saying us - we are under another 4th registrar (Domain Registrar )?
We felt awkward and cannot wait anymore. due to their delayed. We cannot complete before dateline October.
We lost money $3000 and time, manpower to follow up this case.

Did you have bought any domain? You can buy a domain at wpwebhost too, or maybe you can contact their support to setting your domain with your new server... I have checked your server and there are a 'wp' folder inside them, your server has ready to install wordpress... but you should buy a domain first to test your wordpress site.

After you've got your domain such as: http://fundeal.com... then i can install wordpress at your site, and you can test your site too
