COMPLAINT:

Sir, As we chose Platinum / Diamond service, we had an agreement to receive the inquiries on first number on urgent basis. But we received the queries just for a month. We never receive any query thereafter, and due to that our whole money which we thought would be an investment proved to be a WASTE. We request you to refund the money on prorata basis, as they are sending me request to renew the agreement.

This is on urgent basis, and I am very much disappointed by the services given by your company in Mumbai Area, whereas services given by You to my Head office in Delhi is going fine, and I am renewing the contract of Rs.38519.00.

Contact me as soon as possible, either refund my money, or extend my contract for 11 more months. You may check the details in your records, as I received no Query which I had to be get.

I am launching a case on FRAUD in Consumer Forum, and in Thane Police station. These inquiries were meant to be sent to us first and then to others, but we didnt received it at all, and you may have taken more money from others.
