Deduction of money through ECS even after termination of contract without intimation

I had entered into a contract with JUST DIAL in mumbai for listing of my Dental Clinic. The executive Mr. Anish Agarwal came to my clinic and explaied the contract theryby stating that the contract was for thee months starting from 1st of July.2011 for which i issued a check of Rs 4306/-.for the services of three months. The executive made us sign a contract saying that after the three months period was over and wanted to continue with the services we could do so by payement through ecs. However if we wanted to discontinue, we could do so by giving a notice of one month. After this we got a email from the company stating that our contract was for one year, which could not be terminated. So Mr. Anish Agarwal had misinterpreted the facts to make us sign the contract by unfair means. We immediately intimidated him to terminate the contract, after three months for which we already had paid. He even gave us a letter in writing agreeing to the same. Now all of a sudden in february the service has started on its own and a sum of Rs.718/- has been deducted from my account twice.
