Failure of recharge and loss of the recharged amount. Also the company claims that the recharge has been done! Money has been debited from my account

On the evening of 02.08.11, I have used the website https://www.justrechargeit.com/index_justrecharge.aspx (JustRechargeIt) my mobile no.9969882060 with an amount of Rs.250/-. The recharge according to the site was successful and the money has been deducted from my bank account. However, the mobile is still not showing the top up.

The website quoted above has no telephonic contact number and has the provision of "Contact Us" that does not function at all after filling up all the details!

A complaint through their email ID has been acknowledged and I have been reasserted that the recharge has been done. The mobile still does not show the topup amoutn.

I would like to caution all that the site is not doing a its job properly and is also not contactable. May be the owner lives in an island all by himself!

So please watch out guys!!!
