I am a regular customer of 100bestbuy.com. and i purchase through 100bestbuy.com one kind of product which was combo offer (Formal Wallet & Belt Couple Watch) for that i made a payment online through c_c avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1298 / including all taxes and courier charges. When the delivery reach our home and i open the product i saw that one product was missing that is formal wallet. Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer's care executive then they told to me sorry for that inconvenience due to stock shortage we didn't send to you that product, but don't worry we will send as soon as possible that product and within 5-6 day i got that product with gift.
