I have booked my tickets for the West Indies - South Africa match to be played on 24th Feb at Ferozshah kotla, Delhi. I have still not received the tickets for the match. I had regularly called the customer care but the call never gets routed completely.
The website / the courier company has no idea of my shipment. Please address this immediately.
