Letsbuy.com
Product not working

I ordered a hard disk from letsbuy.com and recieved it back in somewhere around 8 days. But unfortunately it was not working, so i contacted customer care for that they told me that i will recieve the shipment of new product with a week but its been a more than 20 days and i am still waiting for my product.

and the worst part is they don't reply to mail, they never call back to give current status, they even hung up the phone after long waiting and to add to that thei number is not even toll free.i seriously request the officials to improve their after sales service.

PLEASE I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT, IF OFFICIALS BY ANY CHANCE READING THIS COMPLAINT THEN PLEASE DO SOMETHING SO THAT I CAN GET MY PRODUCT BECAUSE NOW I ALMOST LOSE HOP.
