Hi,

I had purchased a 40 Inch Samsung TV (LSB-653921) from Letsbuy.com. the company promised delivery within 7 to 10 working days. While the 10 working days period is not over yet. I am already dissatisfied with the company.

In the 7 working days that have passed, there has been no update to the status. Still shows in Progress from day 1. The call center is a pain to access. I have to hold the call for over 10 mins before someone actually answers my call. Even after that they have no additional information about the order.

I have asked for soft copy an Invoice from them both via their callcenter and also via their support email. nothing works. While I am not sure if they would deliver the product on time or not, or what the quality of the product will be, I am really frustrated with the lack of communication. This is my first online purchase from the website, and seems like it will be the last. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this website to anyone.
