MTS Customer Care / Nodal Officer / Superior Person is not helping me

Before 12 days, I was recharged my MTS Data Card with 999 Plan. But i am still not able to connect via internet. I have made twise complain. But all was in vain. The contact number on Contact Us page is wrong, no one is picking up. I have made call to customer care but every guy telling me for explanation about my issue. I am totally frushated with MTS. Their persons are not helping me. I have sent mail to Nodel Officer, made talk with superior one and technical guys. But I think, they are not helping me. I have lose my business and clients. I want my money and lose back. Can you help me?
