I was looking for a broadband connection, and once i got a call from that vintel communications company, and they explained the offers and promised me that they'll be giving me the connection in 10 working days. and i paid the cash of 4000 to them... and now its already 2 months, till now i did'nt get any call, sms, connections nothing, and i called them once to ask regarding the connection again they said me that they'll providing the connection in 7days. even after waiting for more than 7days.
