WRONG BILL

Dear all,

I am Reliance 3G data card Customer my no is 8302522100. My bill for the April month generated from which I am not satisfy after calling and visiting to reliance web world the people at reliance not able to answer my questions.

My connection is on zero rental plan and I put a request in call center no (*355) on 6 April to change my plan from zero rental to 3G_MYBESTPLAN_350 as per the executive at call centre my request is processed on next billing cycle which starts from 27 th April. But the bill is generated and I have charged for RS 670.34 (Monthly Rental 237.10 and data usage 359.50). As per the request given my me on 6 th April the rental charged is wrong because my plan is stared from 27 th April why I am charged and the data usage is 302 mb for this I charged Rs 359.50 which is again wrong.

My question is if my request is processed on very same day and rental is charged why the discount of 500 mb free is not given on. Why I am charged for 302 mb. I am not satisfied from the services I want that the correction should be made in this bill and the charges should be clear enough to pay. My bill payment date is 10 th may resolve this issue urgently.
