As of now I find no remedy. Yesterday two of your technicians visited @6PM and stayed up to 9PM could do nothing in bringing solution for my complaint, they promised that today by 10 0’Clock they will visit with their senior and sort out the problem. As of now no one turned back.
At 11AM I spoke to your customer care, to one Mr. Vijay and he had only one answer that is, he will call me back with in an hour to update the status of my complaint. I have not received any call as of now. At 12.30 PM I spoke to one Ms. Suganya in customer care and she also said the same that she will call me back with in an hour. When I requested her to connect me to the supervisor, made me to wait and informed me that he is busy and he will call me as soon as he is free.
The wi fi connection what I was getting in my previous laptop also failed. I don’t know what your technical people did yesterday, which made my existing facility also last. I am sending this mail to record my unpleasant experience with your unprofessional way of handling. You have failed to honor the commitments of providing wi fi network. I am expecting an acknowledgement or at least reply having received the mail.
