Oadband problem

I have a broadband conection (business plan) on my no. 05222208885.

I am facing problem from last 2 month. I compalint many tims but not getting any responce from bsnl.By telephonic talk with BSNL SDO & DE, they said we are not responsible for it.

Plz tell what to do.
