REGULAR PROBLEMS IN INTERNET/LANDLINE

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been facing many problems with my MTNL wi-fi internet service

provided by you. MTNL NUMBER - 22726354.Modem no - DNA-A212 The

executive/engineer who comes to repair the internet after many calls

makes unnecessary and mocking remarks and doesnt solve the problem

permanently.

For the past more than 24 hours, my landline phone has also been

dead (inactive/no dialar tone).

I am considering going to the media now as I have suffered enough

mental trauma/trouble because of the same.

Do look into this urgent matter.
