I took 11GB plesk package from Manas Hosting in Sept. 2009. They suspended our site without informing me. I raised ticket on technical and billing team on 15th Aug. I got reply today (i.e. 18th August) evening at 6:00 p.m. that my plesk package is expired. It was really surprising that without any intimation they suspended my website. I called their technical and billing team more than 10-15 times and did not get any satisfactory answer. So please beware, do not choose Manas Hosting as your hosting company.
