I have registed an Domain with manashosting since registeration I am facing lots of issue customer care is very bad technical team is worst of all they never support your quries they say they technical support in bangalore when we call then ask us to call hyderabad number. upon calling hyd number he asks you to create an ticket, we are no techical person we would just need o check why is my site down but they never answer ur call my mails are down from past 10 days i have complained and created ticket but still no luck, ticket are closed without any response or update. upon calling they ask us to create new ticket and forward tech support is very aroganet and hars with customer, the only good team is sales team they make call 100 times and push u in the trap and ur stuck
