I deal with multiple hosting and domain registration companies and Manas Hosting is the worst company I have come across.
Their customer service is terrible and none off their departments have any co-ordination. I have been trying to get a simple task done that is to point a domain I registered with these guys to a another server and these guys don't have the faintest idea what to do, on top of this they do NOT provide complete access to my domain so that I can take care of this myself.
They do NOT even have the courtesy of informing what is going on, everytime I call I get a false promise of a callback which never comes.
I am very frustrated with Manas Hosting; they suck!
