Before I begin just want to say, I have personally reviewed this company and been around their website for 4 days. Here is the full story of this company.
About technical team: All people belonging to technical teams are nothing than jokers, This was my worst experience in my online presence with that company. No person in technical teams have any knowledge about hosting, internet services, networking, technical stuffs, I don't think they have even completed higher educations. Server is located somewhere else (probably US) and some jokers are running their website in India.(India is the best country I don't insult India I am insulting that f**cking company- I am proud to be an Indian, And I hate those companies which are spoiling reputation of themeselves as well as country)
Technical teams are fully dumbs.
This is not the fault of those people who are in technical, sales, or billing team.
The whole foult lies on company administrators who are running their company for joking.
Technical teams are not aware of how to use their own companies plesk control panel, if you ask any technical question which are beyond their rich, then you have to go to hell because they are not gonna answer your questions.
About Web Control Panel: This is the worst plesk control panel I have used in my life. They use golden age plesk versions, I think its a first version of plesk control panel. They have not yet upgraded their plesk since last 10 years I think. If you be around this plesk control panel you will just go to hell.
Phpmyadmin: Yo man can you guess which version of phpmyadmin they use... its 2.xx.xx while 3.xx.xx is out and available for free...
Domains: You guess what, You cannot update nameservers by yourself, you have to contact billing team and they will reply if you are lucky and update the nameservers. If they don't reply than you have to go to hell.
Conclusion: You have to go to hell if you purchase your hosting here.
Now you may be wondering why I purchased hosting here, because that time I didn't had any payment options available, I had only my icici internet bank account with loads of cash. And I needed hosting very badly...
