This is with regards to your tikona connection - service id no.1100341705.
I am getting the Internet bills from last 6 month without using their service after making over 100calls no one in tikona seems to be in trusted.
(This was the letter mailed to tikona customer care)
Please send your person to take your equipment back. And I am not going to make any bill payment, for the pathetic service offered by you all.
I have not used your internet connection for the last 6 months, because of your mistake and hence I will not be making any payment.
Please issue me a letter stating that the connection is removed and the account is closed.
I have received some 100 calls, for making the bill payment. If you keep harassing me by calling for the bill payments, I will report it in the media and take legal action in the consumer court.
