The connection was got installed on 08-03 under plan business 5000 and the same is remaining out of order on several occasions during the intervening period. the periodic complaints lodged on various occasions are not being attended to properly and if attended these are taking about a week or so which is resulting in causing heavy loses to me for which i intend to lodge a seperate complaint with your companys corporate office for redressal of my greivances.
