Mobiwik Did Not Added The Balance To My Mobiwik Accout But My Bank Account Got Debited

Dear,

Sir/Madam,

I made a payment of Rs. 51 through net banking of Oriental Bank of Commerce. My Bank account is debited but mobiwik account is not credited.

My Transaction I.d is IB SM TXN.ID- tory 000002140269

I got it from my bank account statements. Please solve this issue.

I made a ticket i.d 15431 but noone is responding there so i wrote this complain. Mobiwik is now cheated their customer. So this may be another scam.
