Dear Sir/Madame,
I have received e mail from MSN/Yahoo/Microsoft that i have won 1 million GBP.i have paid Rs.37, 500/- as their custom clearance charges, now their deplomat Mr. Steven Jean informs me that cost of conversion amount is Rs.10L which i have to pay to RBI,
Kindly let me know, whether there is any such procedure existing as he has sent me an email attaching RBI certificate, which mentions the same.
You are requested to clear my doubt and help me.
