Wrong Billing and Plan update for MTNL Broad Band

Hi,

I am using MTNL Broadband past 6 months. Previously, I was using Plan TriB_599. On 21/11 I have applied for TriB Unlimited 384kbps, monthly rental 749/-. In the middle of december when I checked on Customer SelfCare portal it was still not updated with the new plan so I called to the customer care and they confirmed that my plan has changed effective from 1/12 though it will take some time to update in portal.

This month (1/12 to 31/12) bill I saw that Broad Band Monthly service charges is Rs. 1500/- which should be Rs. 749/-. Also I noticed that my plan name is mentioned in Bill is TriB MP4 384Kbps. I searched MTNL portal but there is no such plan with this name also there is no such unlimited plan with Monthly rental Rs. 1500/-.

Please do the needful and correct the billing. I should hold TriB Unlimited 384kbps plan and monthly rental should be Rs. 749/-. I will be waiting for the corrected bill.

P.S. I have submitted the application for same to S.D.E. on 11/01 but still o action has been taken.
