MTNL Broadband
Broadband not working from day one

Dear Sir,

I have MTNL broadband and its not working properly so, i have complained to mtnl

MTNL guys visited my home and he said its your internal wiring problem so i have changed my whole telephone wiring from building ground to my home but still i am facing connection drop in broadband connection.

so again i have complained but MTNL 1504 service most of the times not available and no one respond

so how can i solve my problem?

i hope this complain will help me out for permanent solution.
