Against my telephone no 26025372, past several years I am using MTNL broadband service and against my telephone no 26025468 I am using MTNL wifi broadband service. During the past one month both the services are in pathetic working conditions. Repeated complaints have yielded no result. MTNL is quick enough to give the complaint number and equally quick enough to "close" the complaint without attending to the same. To check the connectivity when I run Ping it shows either Request Time Out or Destination Net Unreachable. To add "salt to the injury" now the both the telephone numbers have gone "dead". MTNL may launch new products, new services but would some one advice them that to keep alive and competitive one has to provide service. Unfortunately, it is Incredible India, where a consumer (moreover a common man) is always at the receiving end. Services are available to people only with "contact/s". Jago MTNL... Jago!!!
