MTNL Broadband
Slow speeds

Hi All

I have a MTNL broadband connection for the past 1 year now and i have been facing issues with the speeds for the past 2 months. The promised speeds is up to 2MBPS however i manage to get up to 440KBPS only

I have complained about this issue to the MTNL customer care however there has been no response to this issue for the past 3 weeks, We as consumers make our payments and pay them money at the end of the day, it not a free service and Indian companies tend to take their customers for granted and are not concentrating on customers satisfaction, The average Indian customer service is below average as compared to customer care abroad..The time taken to resolve the issue of a customer displays the attitude and organizational culture these companies follow. To sum it up MTNL is non customer focused

My MTNL Broadband Number is 28452021 (Mumbai)

Pleas help as i have expectations from this forum, i hope i am not disappointed as i am with MTNL
