Internet not working

Dear Sir/Madam

My self Dharmender Sejwal R/o Lado Sarai, New Delhi.

My problem is that I have an MTNL internet connection which is not working from 20th July and I am complaining again and again to the MTNL customer care which 1504 but no resopose. Can you belive that i personaly talked with Mr. P.P. Singh on his mobile (9868135588) Mr. Singhel (9868133002) Mr. Vikram Singh (AM) (9868133131) they all are on high position in MTNL and Lastely in my exchange lado sarai (29521200) but till date (10 August) there is no response. Can you suggest me what should i do. Is there anybody who can help me to shotout this problem.

Please respond me if it is possible.
