MTNL Broadband
Very slow speed of internet

I complain at 1504 for slow internet speed but they didn't do anything, they said that it was not in their hand matter of speed is in the hand of upper level officers and i suffer for slow internet speed for a month.

Can anyone give me a idea what i do right now?
