My name is daleep kumar i am working in afganistan and my family are using MTNL Broadband internet in Delhi Telephone number (011-27918323). i am using broadband last more than four month i am connect with my family. you now also afganisatan is not good country.i pay bill everymonth but why i am facing this problem
my internet not working some time is working and some time not working link light not stable more then one minute i call everytime customer care 1504 and i gave me complaint number after one hour is Automatice work fine . and after one hour again same problem
i have been sent manytimes mail area manager and customer care center. when lineman is come my home he fix my internet but i am not satisfied . i am request to you resolve my problem i don't know what i do.
please reply my this mail i have sent everytime this mail but no reply so please reply me as soon as possible
