Slow speed since long time

Am holder of broadband connection on my telephone no 022-29661161as per plan Rs. 599/-p.m. The present speed of Net is in between 45-75 kbps which is too slow as result a lot of difficulties are being faced by me. I have already made two complaints with your office but no action has been taken by your good office till date. It is once again requested that kindly check it and get the needful done at the earliest.
