I am using MTNL for internet. My internet plan is 320kbps Unlimited download at Rs. 495 tax...

They have mentioned in offer upto 320 kbps sped u will get...

But the actual speed we are getting is 30-40kbps ..

which is 1/8 th of mentioned speed ..

And the reason which they are giving is SERVER PROBLEM!!!

Just think on it...
