I Have Been using MTNL Broadband From June. However, According To My Plan I am Paying 512kbps.999/- Unlimited. I Was Getting The Downloading Speed Not More Than 230kbps But Never Complained. Since the last 3 weeks, The Speed has Come Only to 30kbps. Since In The Same Plan MTNL Has Only Upgraded The Speed Past 1-1/2 Week To 1Mbps.
I have Gone Personally And Given A Complain To The Manager On Which He Sent People Home Who Really didn't Know What To Do. Then, The Manager Contacted And Said He Would Update The Speed From Prabhadevi On Which D Speed Is Still The Same. I Contacted Him After Few Days On Which He Said He Cannot Do Nything As They Are Offering The Speed And I Need To Upgrade My System..As Previous I Was Using A Old 1 N Now I have A New 1, I Dnt Find The Sense In What He Said.
Check In The Matter As Soon As Possible...
