Low speed and Frequent disconnection

Four months ago I bought MTNL Triband connection of 512KB/sc. I used to get 250 kb/sc speed but now a days I'am getting only 50 to 60 kb/sc. The connection and services are absolutely pathetic. Every time I try to complain the operators just give me the complaint numbers and they don't help. Please do something to sort out my problem.
