Three days back i got my MTNL broadband activated. it worked only for the day and last two days it is down. I tried talking to 1500, 1504 call centres. They showed their helplessness and gave me around 8 different numbers most of them are either out of service or nobody is picking the number. the real problem is nobody knows who will record our complain. i tried going to site and register the complain but there also it is difficult to record the complain. Screen tabs and instructions for logging the complain there is mis-match. Today i spoke to 1500 and requested them to cancle my connection and refund my money they are not even interested in doing that. Surprisingly, they stop talking to us and disconnect the line. next time when we dial new person comes on line and story goes on. Overall, my dissatiesfaction continues and billing for triaband also continued. I need your help to record this complain and reach this message somehow to MTNL sernior team.
