Hi,
I am Devendra Kumar a user of MTNL broadband service with Tel. No 22236125. I had given a application to shift my connection to new address for a week. But Mtnl not done anything till now.
I went to sanchar haat (I.P Ext) near my residence but no one given me any positive response.
i also call many time on 1500 but they say go to sanchar haat to solve the problem.
I am a office going person, i can't go to sanchar haat again and again.
Company will calculate this time period in my tel. bill, but i am not using the internet in this period.
What will I do. Please suggest me what should i do.
