I WANT BRING IN YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT MY MTNL BROADBAND SERVICE WITH THE CONNECTION NO. 23264740 IS COMPLETELY NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE MONTH. I HAVE DONE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT BUT I DID NOT GET PROPER AND PERMANENT SOLUTION OF MY BROADBAND SERVICE. AFTER OF COMPLAINT IT JUST WORK FOR A SHORT WHILE BUT AFTER OF FEW MINUTES IT AGAIN BREAK DOWN AND THERE IS NO CONNECTION OR SERVICE.
HENCE I AM REQUESTING TO YOU KINDLY TAKE APPROPRIATE AND PROMPT ACTION TO RESUME AND CONTINUE SERVICE OF MY BROADBAND CONNECTION. I SHALL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED.
